It never submits. Every application stops at the review page, then you review and Submit.
Refund policy: we don't refund a purchase. What can come back is an application, never money. The app puts the application back automatically, once per job, when a job's link has no application form on it at all or leads to a system the app doesn't fill, when the form stops working after the app has started typing into it, or when the job's page does not load on two runs at least an hour apart. We also put it back when we stop opening a website you had started a job on, for the jobs our Terms cover. A form that is there but rejects an answer is not a refund. Section 6.1 of our Terms sets out each case in full. If a job qualifies a second time, if an application that should have come back did not, or to dispute a charge, write to disputes@forgettheforms.com. This policy doesn't limit any right you have under the law, including disputing a charge with your card issuer.

One credit buys one job.
